FINALLY!!!!!!!!!

The first session that I HAVE NOT SPEWED with Lukas. I was close but no cigar. Was a really tuff session bit of sprint work which my pace has improved and now my work pants are getting smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller. I feel really good and what really made my day yesterday was that a lady I dont even know walked past and said to me "Keep going Mitchell". This to me was just awesome!!!!!

I want 4kgs

This week I am aiming for 4kgs to round me off to 10kgs for the months which is my goal training awesomely hard and loving it :) Thanks to Melinda from BHP and her team for letting me speak at their meeting yesterday. I hope they liked me and I hope I some how motivated them...... I feel great and I am appreciative of everyones support

Another session with Lukas Chodat

This mornings session was tuff!!!! I usually spew towards the end of the session but with doing the hill runs at North Beach its came half way through the session, those toilets do get a work out...... This morning I feel better than I have the whole time I have been training. I have lost 1 kilo this week and hope to loose 3 or 4 next week. I am into it.... Massage next week and I might go out for dinner too, as a reward for my hard work...............39 kilos to go!!!!!!!!!!

Back into it....

Today is the first day I have been well enough to get out of bed with a clear mind and head.... I still have a god aweful cough but I trained last night for one hour that was bloody hard, then played squash for another hour.... I am a machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I weighed in today and lost 5 kgs over the moon...

Yesterdays Training

Was a killer. Warm up was 9 mins of continuous running then 5 laps of the footy field. Wasnt much left in the tank..... Then we had to punch the bag 4 million times and do push ups, sit ups the whole works. At the end we had to to a resitance thing that your elbows are on the ground and you stay in a push up position. I did 2 / 3 for the whole time (45secs each). On Monday I could only do 1. I improved 1% and feel great.

First Session with Lukas Chodat and Kane Weeks

Tuff gig this morning at 6am at South Beach. Those bloody stairs will kill you every time and the sand aint that easy either. Spewed a fair bit but thats a good sign. Feeling great with my muscles a little sore.... I feel terriffic.

Day One is over
