I have been training everyday while I have been on holidays with Lukas and its hard in this heat. We trained against Savvy yesterday and WONNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!

It was very tuff and I can hardly walk today, but thats just life

Things Are Changing

4 Spews in 1 session

Well I trained this morning and took it easy this week. Well today was the exception. I spewed 4 times and it was so hot and the training was so intense. I did really enjoy getting back into it. Most of you should get your invites in the mail shortly so keep a look out

What a Week

Its all happened from been booked to winning on the cup, too seeing an accident and work been crazy. But I love it. I gave a talk at a Seminar with Jen Crofts my health coach. It was just awesome and people when they say I have inspired them I was over the moon. There was also some awesome people I met and one in particular.
I have strained my groin and its killing me. Training has been great and my dinner is taking off like nothing. Cant wait

A week full of training and no spew

Well this week I have trained more than ever. COuldnt walk the other day my legs were so sore. I have never done so many stairs, grass hills or sand work in my life. It aint easy doing what I am doing and I am so proud because I havent spewed once this week! Thats just awesome, I am getting there. So many people are commenting how good I am looking. Its awesome

WOW - The last few weeks have been amazing

Hello

Well the last few weeks my spirits have been up and down, mostly up. Training harder than ever, lost 15kgs, won the most prestegious award in the Illawarra Rugby Leagues Referees Association (highlight for sure), met Jen Crofts from Health Abundance and she has helped me change my perception of food and how to read past the advertising of supermarket chains, very inlightening. People are making comments on hos good I am looking and also how well I am doing. Today for example I told a couple that I took through a home and also the owners of that home. They took a great interest in what I was doing and that stuff I love, it makes it all worth while.

Also Sarah Farrugia is going full steam ahead with organising my dinner on Jan 16, 2010. Be there! she is doing a fantastic job and couldnt have asked for a better event organiser, she even keeps me on my toes!

THE PUNISH SESSION with CHODAT

Gday

Lucky to be alive right now I tell you. The hardest thing you will do was done today. Started at North Beach, sand etc etc. Then a road run to Edward St in Wollongong. For those that dont know it jump on google. This street has an incline of hmmmmmmmm 180 degrees. Its steep as. So we had to contstantly run up and down that. Some poor person has vomit all over there front lawn from my 2nd effort. Lukas Chodat's nickname should be the punisher. I feel fantastic after the session and the fact that Kane and Nick rang the last bit of the road run with me made me work harder. Thanks Boys and the other people in my class are so supportive. Jenny is giving me a calorie counting watch for nothing. Its just awesome!

Stepping it up

This month I will be stepping my training up and hoping to lose 10kgs. I am already noticing big changes with my clothes etc. Dont forget that my dinner is on the 16 JAN 2009 at Dapto Leagues Club. Also thank you to Sarah Farrugia for organising this, shes doing a fantastic job :)

I am a FIRE WALKER

This weekend just gone I participated in Kurek Ashley's Life to the Max program in Sydne with Aimee, Gaz and Tegan. It was probably the best weekend I have had in my life. It was awesome. I walked on fire and learnt more in a weekend than in a lifetime. Thanks for Mick, Aimee and Tegan for sharing that with me and now I have the direction and inspiration to loos my 45 kgs and reach all my other goals in life. Its awesome!!!!!

I have now lost 12 kilos

The past 2 weeks I have just been enjoying life and taking it easy. Loosing a kg each week still. The next few weeks I will up the anti and get right into it. Its been great so far and cant wait to see it right till the end.

On the 16th of Jan 2010 I will be having a dinner to celebrate the achievements. Thanks to Sarah for organising that

First Month 10 KILOS

I weighed in last night and found that in my first month I have lost 10kgs. Awesome result. This week I have been taking it easy. Hanging with good friends in Wollongong for a few weeks and loving it. Its great to have the support of so many people.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!

The first session that I HAVE NOT SPEWED with Lukas. I was close but no cigar. Was a really tuff session bit of sprint work which my pace has improved and now my work pants are getting smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller. I feel really good and what really made my day yesterday was that a lady I dont even know walked past and said to me "Keep going Mitchell". This to me was just awesome!!!!!

I want 4kgs

This week I am aiming for 4kgs to round me off to 10kgs for the months which is my goal training awesomely hard and loving it :) Thanks to Melinda from BHP and her team for letting me speak at their meeting yesterday. I hope they liked me and I hope I some how motivated them...... I feel great and I am appreciative of everyones support

Another session with Lukas Chodat

This mornings session was tuff!!!! I usually spew towards the end of the session but with doing the hill runs at North Beach its came half way through the session, those toilets do get a work out...... This morning I feel better than I have the whole time I have been training. I have lost 1 kilo this week and hope to loose 3 or 4 next week. I am into it.... Massage next week and I might go out for dinner too, as a reward for my hard work...............39 kilos to go!!!!!!!!!!

Back into it....

Today is the first day I have been well enough to get out of bed with a clear mind and head.... I still have a god aweful cough but I trained last night for one hour that was bloody hard, then played squash for another hour.... I am a machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I weighed in today and lost 5 kgs over the moon...

Yesterdays Training

Was a killer. Warm up was 9 mins of continuous running then 5 laps of the footy field. Wasnt much left in the tank..... Then we had to punch the bag 4 million times and do push ups, sit ups the whole works. At the end we had to to a resitance thing that your elbows are on the ground and you stay in a push up position. I did 2 / 3 for the whole time (45secs each). On Monday I could only do 1. I improved 1% and feel great.

First Session with Lukas Chodat and Kane Weeks

Tuff gig this morning at 6am at South Beach. Those bloody stairs will kill you every time and the sand aint that easy either. Spewed a fair bit but thats a good sign. Feeling great with my muscles a little sore.... I feel terriffic.

One More Day

Hi everyone,

There is one last day (today) until I start the short journey of 5 months to loose 45kgs to raise money for Wollongong Hospital. $12,000 to be exact. I will be doing this by going to a boxing class 5 times a week and replacing my meals with Opti Fast VLCD thanks to the kind sponsorship from Nestle. I am really excited about this and cant wait to see great results. The weigh in is tomorrow morning.
